Refund policy

Engraved and personalised pieces are made for you in the atelier in Turkey. Because each brass plaque is cut to order, personalised sets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

If something is wrong, write to info@smokelier.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

Non-personalised accessories, if offered, may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
