Shipping policy
Every Smokelier set is made in Turkey and dispatched from our atelier after engraving. Wudy Kitchen LLC (New York, NY 10013, USA) is the merchant of record. We ship to the United States and United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Engraved orders leave the atelier within 2–3 working days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- United States: typically 10–15 business days
- United Kingdom: typically 7–12 business days
Shipping rates
Complimentary shipping on every order to the United States and United Kingdom. The price you see at checkout is what you pay — no shipping surcharges at the door.
Customs and duties (included)
Orders ship from Turkey. For delivery to the United States and United Kingdom, import duties, VAT and customs clearance are included in your order price (delivered duty paid). We handle customs on your behalf; you should not receive a separate customs bill for a standard order.
